And it’s claimed that Taylor walked down the aisle to an instrumental version of her classic hit, Love Story, before meeting her now husband at the altar. A leaked video showed guests gathering as Candi Station’s hit, Young Hearts Run Free played. Elsewhere, guests were treated to a timeline of Taylor and Travis’ relationship, with pictures displayed throughout the corridors, which were decorated with pink draping and a matching peach-coloured carpet.
Swift’s brother, Austin, served as her Man of Honour, while Kelce’s brother Jason stepped up as Best Man. Actor Adam Sandler officiated the wedding, and the reception featured incredible performances by the likes of Paul McCartney and Stevie Nicks, with a line-up to rival any festival.
Here’s everything you need to know…. If you want to leave a message for Taylor and Travis – simply follow the steps below!
In case you have missed some of the juicy details that have come out after the wedding of the year…
The couple did not have bridesmaids or groomsmen, instead having Swift’s younger brother Austin Swift serve as her man of honor with Kelce’s big brother and podcast co-host Jason Kelce his best man, Swift’s publicist Tree Paine said in an email.
The deep secrecy that surrounded the buildup to the nuptials lifted when a marquee outside the Midtown Manhattan arena proclaimed “JUST&T MARRIED” once the deed was done.
And it certainly lived up to the hype in terms of the big name stars that were out in force – it’s perhaps no surprise that Travis and Taylor have a fair few celebrity pals.
Guests at the wedding were given monogrammed party favours, according to reports.
According to Mamamia.com, country singer Maren Morris shared a pH๏τo of a napkin, edged in lace, embroidered with the two T’s entwined in hearts, alongside the date of the wedding, location (New York City) and the line from ‘Blank Space’, “So it’s gonna be forever.”
Taylor and Travis were given quite the performance after the ceremony, according to the New York Post.
Sir Paul McCartney reportedly serenaded the newlyweds with “I Want to Hold Your Hand” at their Madison Square Garden reception Friday evening.
A source for People said: “After the ceremony, Taylor’s mom Andrea invited everyone into the reception room where the stage was set up.”
The bride and groom’s outfits came from Christian Dior Haute Couture and its designer Jonathan Anderson with shoes custom-made by Christian Louboutin.
Taylor wore Cartier jewelry.
Actors Bradley Cooper, Zoë Kravitz, Hugh Grant and Ethan Hawke; models Gigi Hadid and Karlie Kloss; comic Chris Rock; director Steven Spielberg; singer Camila Cabello and author Jenny Han were among the guests.
There will have been many more – these names are just those that were spotted in the media circus outside MSG.
Lori Powers, who lives an hour north of Manhattan and rode the train in to be near the nuptials, said Swift’s “music is the soundtrack behind so many amazing moments in my life. Relationships, friends, like my husband and my kids.”
She stood outside the arena before the marriage was announced with her friend Cecily Hall.
“Just being here and witnessing all the energy and the excitement, it’s so much fun,” Hall said. “The combination of sports and music makes perfect sense as to why they’re at Madison Square Garden today.”
The ceremony was undoutedly shrouded in mystery leading up to the blockbuster wedding at Madison Square Garden… with details very much at a premium.
However, fans are now learning more and more about the big day – with those in attendance saying it was ‘intimate’ and ‘beautiful’ inside the huge venue.
“As intimate as it could possibly be given it was Madison Square Garden. Really this garden inside the garden, just so beautiful,” said George Stephanopoulos.
“It’s hard to imagine a place that big and a wedding with such stars could feel so personal and so intimate.
There has been speculation over whether Taylor would become Taylor Kelce or remain as Taylor Swift.
NFL wag Cameron Rose Newell, who is dating Brock Bowers, shared a picture congratulating the newlyweds and posted a very cryptic caption. “Cheers to the Kelces,” she said.
Here’s the juicy part: According to the Daily Mail, Taylor is set to legally change her name to Taylor Kelce. A source told the outlet: “Professionally, she’ll always be Taylor Swift. The name has become one of the biggest brands in entertainment, and there’s really no reason to change that.”
They went on to add: “Personally, it’s a different story. Taylor is very traditional, and when it comes to marriage, she’d love to take Travis’ last name. In her personal life, the idea of being Taylor Kelce is something she genuinely looks forward to. She sees it as a meaningful step, especially knowing it would also be the family name their future children would share.”
According to reports, the newlyweds have already left New York! It’s claimed that they will be heading away with their family for more intimate celebrations as they start the rest of their lives together.
During the rehearsal dinner on Thursday night at the Infosys Theatre at Madison Square Garden, she was joined by 30 guests, including her mum Andrea, dad Scott and best friend Abigail Berard.
And it was during this dinner that guests became emotional. “Everyone there was so moved because Scott thanked Travis for being there for Taylor,” a source said.
They added to The Sun: “He spoke about the challenges she has faced in the industry and thanked Travis for being her rock and bringing joy into their lives. There were a lot of tears, and Travis was really emotional.”
Well, it wouldn’t be a showbiz wedding without a few A-list performances… Taylor is said to have got up on stage with The Beatles legend, Sir Paul McCartney, after he performed I Want to Hold Your Hand, and I Saw Her Standing There.
Following Stevie Nicks’ performance of “Dreams,” Taylor is said to have gotten up onstage and treated guests to two of her own songs. But that’s not all, The Sun reports that Taylor walked down the aisle to an instrumental version of her classic hit, Love Story, recreating a scene from Bridgerton.
We wonder whether the lyrics were changed from: “Baby, just say… yes…” to “Baby, just say, I do…” And it’s also claimed that there was a karaoke session throughout the night with punk legend Avril Lavigne and pop princess Sabrina Carpenter taking to the stage – we would have loved to have seen that!
While guests had their phones taken from them and allegedly signed non-disclosure agreements, some images have now come to light.
Director Joseph Kahn shared a snap from the peach-coloured staircase inside Madison Square Garden and said the wedding was “funnier and more emotional” than he had expected.
Elsewhere, Travis’ friend, DJ Chop UFL, also shared a picture from the same staircase inside the arena. He later shared two more images, taken on a set of white stairs, with lanterns along the corridors and patterned walls.
If you’re hoping to find out every detail of the wedding, you could be in for a treat. Taylor previously filmed her mammoth Era’s Tour, which was shown in cinemas and on Disney+, showing behind-the-scenes access, with ACM Theatres as the official distributor.
So, it’s possible the wedding could have been filmed. ACM Theatres CEO Adam Aron was a guest at the wedding, and one guest let slip something very interesting.
When leaving Madison Square Garden, speaking to fans about the wedding, a guest in a taxi said: “What, till you see the movie!” leaving onlookers screeching with delight.
Like all good things, the wedding must come to an end, and the official clean-up has started.
Earlier today, the clean-up got underway at the arena, with crews seen beginning to dismantle the wedding set-up, unloading items including monogrammed set pieces and bars, chairs, booths, cushions, and decorative trees.
Workers were also seen pulling down the mᴀssive tent outside the venue. Although security remained stationed around the loading dock, there was no longer any presence from the New York Police Department.
It’s fair to say that Adam Sandler officiating the wedding is something we hadn’t expected. Neither had Taylor’s biographer, Anna Pointer. She told the Mirror: “Adam Sandler officiating was something that nobody saw coming.
“He’s really close to them both and got to know Travis really well on the set of Happy Gilmore 2. They have a bromance going on and a very similar sense of humour. Neither of them takes life too seriously.
“Adam kept things light at the wedding. The tone was humorous as well as touching. He’s also very close to Taylor as well, and his daughters worship her.”
Well, Gigi Hadid’s stunning $14.k Wiederhoeft dress did not disappoint.
Gigi’s hairstylist, Dimitris Giannetos, has shared snaps of the model just before she headed to Madison Square Garden to watch her bestie tie the knot with Travis Kelce. The Victoria’s Secret Angel dazzled in a glowy and soft glamour make-up look, with her cheekbones sculpted to perfection.
The mum-of-one, 31, stunned in an eye-catching pink Wiederhoeft corset-style dress retailing at $14,500, which was cinched in at her waist as she posed for snaps. In the accessories department, Gigi kept things casual yet sophisticated with a large diamond necklace and a stack of rings on her fingers.
After speculation surrounding whether Benny Blanco had attended the wedding, Selena has set the record straight.
Benny was absent from the rehearsal dinner on Thursday, with many fans wondering why he didn’t join Selena hours before the ceremony. But now, Selena has set the record straight and confirmed he was her date on Friday night.
The singer took to Instagram and shared a snap of herself and Benny getting ready to head to Madison Square Garden. Selena dazzled in a gold dress as she placed her hand on Benny’s face, as he rocked a black suit with a matching bow tie.
New footage taken INSIDE the wedding has been shared.
In videos obtained by the Daily Mail, guests can be seen gathering near an altar before mysteriously vanishing through a hidden door. In the footage, the classic hit Young Hearts Run Free by Candi Station could be heard as guests gathered for the ceremony.
A guest said the inside of Madison Square Garden was like a “whimsical Tinker Bell fairytale,” with Taylor and Travis’ garden theme playing out across the arena. Those in attendance were also treated to a string of pH๏τographs of Taylor and Travis taken across their relationship, with a large T and T logo being displayed.
With a room full of rich, famous faces, Taylor and Travis had the perfect idea for their wedding favours.
Fellow singer Maren Morris shared a snap on Instagram of the sweet favours handed out to guests. Taylor and her husband gifted people personalised handkerchiefs with their initials intertwined as their bespoke logo, framed by a heart, alongside the date – July 3, 2026 – and the location – New York City.
So we finally have our first picture from inside the wedding! Details about what happened inside the arena remain scarce, but Rob Jordan and his wife, Joann Jordan, have shared pictures of themselves inside the wedding.
In an image shared on Instagram, the couple can be seen walking up the steps, adorned with a peach-coloured velvet carpet as they prepare to watch Taylor and Travis say “I do”.
“They cried, and laughed, and they danced,” she told LBC News. Gentry went on to add as she was leaving Madison Square Garden: “They hugged and they kissed.” When asked what food was on offer, she said: “It was lots,” adding that the couple laid out a “nice cake” for pudding.
So… like me, many were wondering whether Greg James would attend after all. The Radio 1 legend had been in Sheffield for the Crossed Wires Festival on Thursday with his Bad Chat podcast co-host Alice Levine.
The pair headed to the legendary Fagans pub on Broad Lane on Thursday night, before dining at the local favourite Béres, with Alice as the pair tucked into a classic sandwich consisting of ham, crackling and stuffing. But Greg made a Swift (pun intended) exit and jetted out to New York for the wedding of the century.
After being invited to the wedding live on air, Greg said today on Instagram: “I am currently experiencing the world’s greatest hangover and unable to reply to the hilarious number of messages I have received over the last 24 hours. But just to say: True to her word, of course the invitation arrived, and of course I couldn’t tell anyone. And oh my God, what an unbelievably brilliant night. I’m off for a nap.”
Greg attended the big day with his wife, Bella, who looked incredible in a red dress. Meanwhile, Greg looked dapper in an all-black suit as the pair posed for a picture together before heading to Madison Square Garden.
OK so there was no Blake Lively, that much we do know. But who were the celebs at Taylor Swift’s wedding? Well – to name a few – we saw Paul McCartney, Ed Sheeran, Graham Norton, Adam Sandler, Hugh Grant, Benson Boone, Jason Sudeikis, Selena Gomez, Camilla Cambello… well, the list goes on.
Here’s every celeb who went.
According to Swift biographer Anna Pointer, it won’t be long until fans get a glimpse of Taylor’s dress.
Fans are desperate to see the singer’s Jonathan Anderson haute couture gown, with AI images already going viral as fans try to imagine her romantic look.
“While it was private, Taylor will want to share the day with fans,” says Anna. “It was a moment of complete and utter happiness and bliss.
“And a lot of effort has gone into that dress. She won’t want to hide it away! It’s a big moment for Christian Dior team too. They’ll want the whole world to see.”
Anna anticipates a Taylor Swift Instagram post is likely to break the internet within days.
Watch this space!
According to Taylor Swift biographer, Anna Pointer, the personal touches seen at the wedding were the singer and Travis all over.
“It’s Taylor so it’s no surprise that there were lots of surprises. She does like to do things that people aren’t expecting,” said the Swift expert.
“We thought there would be 13 bridesmaids, but she threw that out and instead had Jason Kelce’s four gorgeous daughters scattering petals instead. Which is a lot more personal and intimate and avoided that tricky thing with bridesmaids about who is going to be head bridesmaids and 13 is a lot. You don’t want to crowd out the bride on her big day. It became all about the bride, which it should be.
“Adam Sandler officiating nobody saw that coming at all either. He’s really close to them both and got to know Travis really well on the set of Happy Gilmore 2. They have a bromance going on and a very similar sense of humour. They don’t take life too seriously. Adam’s very close to Taylor as well and his daughters absolutely worship her. She is part of the extended Sandler family.
“The tone was said to be really humorous as well as touching. He kept that lightness running through. He’s known for his comic timing and his wise cracks. I bet he was a genius up there.”
Taylor and Travis made every effort to put their Madison Square Garden wedding on total lockdown, with security high. But still many celebs managed to get themselves papped heading in.
According to Taylor Swift expert Anna Pointer, author of Taylor in Love, it was no accident.
“The security set up had a tunnel of tents that the cars were supposed to pull up in so we wouldn’t see anyone but awe still got to see lots of people. A lot of people actually wanted to be seen.
“If you had an invite to that wedding you’d want people to know and that’s why we saw so many celebs leaving their H๏τels and even choosing to walk their on foot. People thought, ‘No I’m not sitting in this queue of stretch limos. I want to be seen at the wedding of the century. There were some fab outfits too.”
The food and drinks are arguably one of the best parts of a celebration, and from what we’ve seen, Taylor and Travis went all out in the sweet department.
But the couple could have had personalised lollies (via an Australian candy store). Sticky Lollies has taken to Instagram to reveal their custom creation for the ultimate power couple. The Sydney-based company shared a glimpse of their creation on social media, with Taylor and Travis’ names surrounded by a heart.
The company said: “Wedding custom orders are the best! Being apart of peoples special day is so lovely for us. We loved making this custom design with Taylor and Travis, hope you have a great love story.”
It’s no secret that Taylor was a huge fan of Elizabeth Taylor and her violet eyes. So it comes as no surprise that the actress’s estate sent warm wishes to Taylor and her new husband.
Following the wedding, the official Instagram page for Taylor – who died aged 79 in 2011 – shared a pH๏τo of the star during one of her own milestone events inside the stadium. “Congratulations to Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce,” said the post, which showed a pH๏τo of Taylor standing on top of a staircase next to a huge cake.
It added: “Before MSG hosted this amazing wedding, it hosted Elizabeth Taylor. On October 17, 1957, Mike Todd threw his wife the kind of party only a true showman could dream up: 18,000 guests packed into Madison Square Garden to mark the first anniversary of his film Around the World in 80 Days, complete with a 14-foot cake, a performance from the Boston Pops, and Walter Cronkite anchoring it live on CBS.
“The Garden was done up with flags of every nation and a giant balloon replica from the film floating overhead, while Duke Ellington played for the crowd on the main floor. Elizabeth, ever the star of the room, was the one who cut the towering cake.”
Last year, Swift paid homage to Elizabeth with a song named after the actress in her album The Life Of A Showgirl. Swift called Taylor as “one of the most ultimate, quintessential showgirls” and explored the consequences of fame on one’s love life.
The music video also featured footage from Taylor’s films, including Giant, Cat On A H๏τ Tin Roof and Cleopatra, alongside archival newsreels documenting her public appearances and encounters with paparazzi.
Harry Styles appeared to give a wild shout out to his ex Taylor Swift at his gig at Wembley Stadium on Friday night – the same day she tied the knot with Travis Kelce.
Every night on his tour, Harry switches things up with a ‘surprise song’ and fans were left stunned when he played a nod to Taylor at his latest gig. The 32-year-old, who dated Taylor for a few months back in 2012, performed the song Two Ghosts, which is widely believed to be about his ex.
Lyrics include ‘ same lips red, same eyes blue’ – just like Taylor’s. It goes on to say ‘sounds like something I used to feel.’ The chorus then goes ‘we’re not who we used to be, we’re just two ghosts standing in the place of you and me’.
Former One Direction star Harry is now engaged to Zoë Kravitz, 37, who is the daughter of legendary singer Lenny Kravitz and his ex Lisa Bonet.
Reacting to Harry’s tribute to Taylor, one fan asked on X: “Harry Styles just sang Two Ghosts on Taylor Swift’s wedding day. What is happening?!” Another posted: “Singing two ghosts during her wedding day is objectively funny. Harry Styles you MESSY B*TCH.”
